Even though we will not be exhibiting at the 2023 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, the Forgeline engineering team has worked VERY hard, over the past few months, to complete several brand new wheel designs. Six new designs have now been released, just in time for the 2023 SEMA Show. We’re excited to present the brand new VV1R, GB3C, TR31, SL3, Rallye, and Galaxie!

VV1R (Motorsport Series)
Made for hardcore track use, the Forgeline VV1R is engineered with a 2100+ lb. street tire load rating to handle serious motorsport applications. The VV1R features a sharp Y-spoke design with integrated lug holes at the base of each spoke, striking angles, and deep concave profile. The Forgeline VV1R is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that utilizes manufacturing technology similar to our legendary GS1R wheel and is engineered to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The VV1R’s one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process combine to produce a wheel that is lightweight, stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. The VV1R is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, 21-inch, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. It can be made to accommodate most 5-lug and centerlock applications and can be made with knurled beads. GB3C (Concave Series)
The Forgeline GB3C forged concave wheel was designed in collaboration with the renowned team at Goolsby Customs and will debut today (Tuesday, October 31) in the BASF booth, at the 2023 SEMA Show. It features a unique concave 12-spoke design with two alternating sets of spokes (six of each) with a deep scallop on the inside of the larger spoke and a flat reverse-lip outer. This wheel is available in both a deep concave profile (for the most striking appearance) and a shallow concave profile (to create a staggered look or to accommodate higher-offset applications). This is a 3-piece wheel assembled with hidden stainless-steel ARP fasteners and Heli-Coil inserts. The GB3C is a custom made-to-order three-piece wheel that is produced from forged 6061-T6 aluminum with heat-treated rim-shells. It is available in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, 21-inch, and 22-inch diameters in any width. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GB3C is fully customizable in fitment and finish, including center lock applications. TR31 (Truck & SUV Series)
Derived from our TR11 monoblock truck wheel, the Forgeline TR31 delivers the TR11’s muscular concave split six-spoke design combined with the fitment and finish flexibility of a custom made-to-order three piece forged wheel. The TR31’s beefy styling includes a muscular concave split six-spoke design, strong precision-machined spokes, a reinforcing ring located just inside the rim register, and a heavy-duty bolt-on aluminum center cap. The Forgeline TR31 is a custom made-to-order three piece modular wheel comprised of a precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum center, 6061-T6 aluminum rim shells, and a reverse flat-lip outer. It is available in 18-inch, 20-inch, and 22-inch diameters and is uniquely engineered for six-lug truck and SUV applications. SL3 (Heritage Series)
The Forgeline SL3 Heritage Series wheel is a throwback to one of the most iconic and highly-desired 5-spoke wheel designs in the history of Porsche sports cars, the Speedline Porsche Cup. But unlike the original cast aluminum-centered wheel, the Forgeline SL3 is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from precision-machined fully-forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. A traditional five-spoke design with tapered spokes and smooth edges, the SL3 evokes traditional Porsche styling while delivering modern technology and performance. The SL3 is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel exposed fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The SL3 is available with a stepped lip outer in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, and 21-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline can also offer special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and a large choice of finish combinations. And in tribute to the original Porsche Cup wheel, the SL3 is engineered to be assembled in a “bottom mount” configuration (both rim halves installed above the center) so that the rim register is hidden. Rallye (Heritage Series)
The Forgeline Rallye is a throwback to the original Chevrolet/Kelsey Hayes stamped-steel “Rallye” wheel found on Camaros, Corvettes, and Chevelles throughout the late 1960s and 1970s. But unlike the original, the Forgeline Rallye is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. A countoured disc design with five open slots and a machined ring to accept the pop-on Derby hub cap (and similar styles), the Forgeline Rallye evokes a traditional muscle car flavor while delivering modern technology and performance. The Rallye is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The Rallye is available with a stepped-lip outer in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, & 22-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. Galaxie (Heritage Series)
The Forgeline Galaxie Heritage Series wheel pays homage to the classic wheel originally found on the third-generation 1965-1968 Ford Galaxie 500 7 Litre. But unlike its predecessor, the Forgeline Galaxie is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. A traditional five-spoke design with narrow vent slots and a variety of complex machining details, the Galaxie evokes a very traditional old-school muscle car character while delivering modern technology and performance. The Galaxie is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The Galaxie is designed with a flat lip reverse outer in 18-inch fitments. The Galaxie is priced with a standard powder coated and HTM (High Tech Machined) center finish combined with a polished outer rim.
